The NAMI Peer Recovery Connection Support Group are facilitated by adults who live with Mental Illness. Individuals learn from one anothers’ experiences, share coping strategies, and offer mutual encouragement and understanding. NAMI’s Support Groups provide an ongoing opportunity to discuss the challenges of living with mental illness and techniques for maintaining wellness.
